Alice De Schutter

Senior Associate
Alice studied Environmental Engineering at KTH in Stockholm and holds an MSc in Machine Learning applied to environmental issues from Imperial College London. Her studies focused on topics such as reconstructing historical climate data through tree-ring analysis and investigating fungal biogeography and soil carbon dynamics.
Alice was drawn to Edaphon’s intersection of engineering rigour and the natural world: investing in companies building science-based solutions to environmental challenges across agriculture, biodiversity, and the built environment.
Outside work, Alice is an avid rock climber who loves connecting with people through her varied interests, whether it’s cooking, reading or the outdoors.
